Friday, June 22 @ Noodles & Co. with David and his parents

After dinner tonight a quick diaper change in trunk of Grandpa's car worked great! He really kicked and stretched giving us a great smile!!

David D was so intense on these toy keys. If his toy wasn't in his mouth, then some or all of his hands were. To say the least, he entertained us!!

2nd Wednesday--June 20th

We had a good day. His hands are in his mouth alot. When he got tired, he found his thumb!

David D. at 14 weeks. Yesterday he was 15 lbs. 12 oz.!

Our evening after our 34th anniversary dinner!

Doug took me to Mancini's in St. Paul for a steak dinner. Afterwards we went for our favorite ice cream on Grand Ave...Grand Ole creamery. We like to share a cone there. As we were walking to our car across the street we heard our names being called. Across the street our friends-the Levang family- were also enjoying their ice cream! A fun time visiting. On top of the building across the street we saw an owl watching us!...so we watched him too!

Today I took care of baby David. We had a great time! Our weather got hot very fast today so we all had to adjust! Glad for AC. Early afternoon I took him home to his Dad and on my way my muffler broke! I sounded like a real 'hot rod' Honda Civic! Glad 'daddy'David was there as he was able to tie it up so I could get to the repair shop. It was hot! Not really how I wanted my paycheck $$ to go!!! but a car is a necessity. Glad they were able to fix it as I go to work in the am.

When taking care of baby David today we practiced going from his tummy to his back. Julie just called to say he went from his tummy to his back tonight on his own!! Yeah! He is learning so much so fast! I love his smiles and 'talking'.
